The fuels & products marketed by us meet BIS specifications and the stringent quality requirements of various industries. We have a state of art independent Quality Laboratory accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories) for ensuring product quality at every stage of production. MRPL also gives delivery assistance for products like HSD, FO etc under abloy locks for ensuring adulteration free products at the customer end.


Customer Care
MRPL tries to satisfy customer, by providing technical know-how on storage, handling and conservation of petroleum products. Dedicated customer care professionals are at job to handle customer queries on day to day operational issues and product dispatches. Customer Complaints are handled by our dedicated team of technical sales professionals and in consultation to our in-house Quality Assurance professional provide solutions and technical know how for resolution of the complaint.
