1. The bidder shall be manufacturer or Authorized agent (Authorized dealer or channel partner of the manufacturer) of the Centrifugal Pumps. If the bidder is an authorized dealer he shall submit the copy of Authorized dealership certificate original manufacturer which should also contain undertaking of the manufacturer to provide necessary warranty cover as per bid requirements.

1. OEM Manufacturing facilities should have been approved by Engineers India Limited for manufacturing and supply of centrifugal pumps. Copies of registration with EIL shall be submitted as documentary proof of the same.

1. BIDDERS who have supplied pumps to MRPL, Pumps similar (Centrifugal Pumps) to the service intended in the enquiry are exempted from compliance to the above said clause 2. Bidder shall produce the PO copy of the same.

1. Past Experience:-

The bidder should have executed at least one completed order for the Supply of Centrifugal Pumps for a value not less than Rs. 23.50 Lakhs to any Hydrocarbon sectors like Refinery or Petrochemicals or Fertilizers or Oil & Gas Processing Plants in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is floated.

Relaxation for MSE and Startup’s Bidders:

1. MSE:In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on past experience, i as per GOI guidelines subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications.



2. STARTUP’S: No relaxation in prior experience or prior turnover for Startup bidders for this tender due to public safety, health, critical safety, operations & equipments etc.

4. Other Criteria:

The Bidder shall not be under black-list or holiday List of MRPL or Ministry of Petroleum & natural Gas (MoPNG) or not debarred by orders issued by DoE during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.

1. The Bidder shall submit Copy of Previous Purchase order along with any one of the following proof of execution as applicable for PQC Sl. No: 4

• Copy of Invoice



• Completion Certificate



• Lorry Receipt Copy



• Third Party Inspection certification release notes

 2. PQC Value is exclusive of taxes

3. MRPL reserves the right to complete the evaluation based on the details furnished without seeking any additional information.

4. In cases where the manufacturer has submitted the bid, the bids of its authorized dealer or channel partner will not be considered and EMD will be returned.
