1. The bidder shall be a MSE (Micro or Small Enterprise) Manufacturer of the Studs with Nuts. A documentary evidence to be submitted along with technical bid.

(Bidder shall submit proof of manufacturing along with Udyam Certificate like NSIC Certificate, ISO certificate, Trademark Certificate, etc)

1. Past Experience:-

The bidder should have executed at least one completed Single order or multiple order within period of 12 Months for Supply of Studs with Nuts for value not less than Rs. 65.00 Lakhs to any Hydrocarbon Sectors like Refineries or Petrochemicals or Fertilizer Plants or Oil & Gas Processing Plants or Power plants or Utility Plants in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

Relaxation for MSE / Startup’s Bidders:

STARTUP’S: No relaxation in prior experience/ prior turnover for Startup bidders for this tender due to public safety, health, critical safety, operations & equipments etc

1. The bidders who have been issued orders for supply of Studs by MRPL during last 5 years period prior to the tender floating date, but have not accepted or executed the same shall not be considered for technical evaluation. Bidder shall give a declaration to this effect.

1. Other Criteria:

The Bidder shall not be under black-list or holiday List of MRPL or Ministry of Petroleum & natural Gas (MoPNG) or not debarred by orders issued by DoE during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.

 Note:

1. The Bidder shall submit Copy of Purchase order along with any one of the following proof of execution as applicable.

• Copy of Invoice



• Lorry Receipt Copy (LR Copy)



• Third Party Inspection Certification release notes

 2. All documents furnished by bidder in support or meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be either duly certified by Statutory Auditors of the bidder or a practicing Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or director or not having any interest in the bidders company/firm) where audited accounts are not mandatory as per law “or” Duly notarized by any Notary Public

3. All the Financial documents or Reports or Certificates issued or certified by (Chartered Accountants (CAs) must have Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

4. PQC Value is exclusive of taxes

5. MRPL reserves the right to complete the evaluation based on the details furnished without seeking any additional information.
