1. The bidder shall be a Manufacturer of the Carbon Steel pipe Corrosion Pad or Pipe Fittings or Machined Parts or Fabricated Parts or Spade Tail Blinds. A documentary evidence to be submitted along with technical bid.

1. Past Experience:-

The bidder should have executed at least one completed order for the Supply of Carbon Steel pipe Corrosion Pad or Pipe Fittings or Machined Parts or Fabricated Parts or Spade Tail Blinds for a value not less than Rs. 4.50 Lakhs to any Hydrocarbon sectors like Refinery or Petrochemicals or Fertilizers or Oil & Gas Processing Plants or Power Plants or Utility Plants in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is floated.

Relaxation for MSE or Startup’s Bidders:

1. MSE:In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on past experience, i as per GOI guidelines subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications.



2. STARTUP’S: No relaxation in prior experience or prior turnover for Startup bidders for this tender due to public safety, health, critical safety, operations & equipments etc.



3. Other Criteria:

The Bidder shall not be under black-list or holiday List of MRPL or Ministry of Petroleum & natural Gas (MoPNG) or not debarred by orders issued by DoE during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.

1. The Bidder shall submit Copy of Previous Purchase order along with any one of the following proof of execution as applicable for PQC Sl. No: 2

• Copy of Invoice



• Lorry Receipt Copy



• Third Party Inspection certification release notes
