Job Description:
Supply of ASTM Grade ISO Octane, N-Heptane and Toluene as per tender specification
Criteria:
1. The Bidder shall be an Original Manufacturer (OM) or authorized dealer for Iso Octane, Heptane & Toluene for CFR Engine as per the Test Method ASTM D2699/D2700. If the Bidder is authorized dealer of Original Manufacturer, then the bidder should submit documentary evidence such as authorization letter/dealership certificate along with the technical bid.
2. The bidder should have executed at least one completed order for the supply of ASTM reference fuel ISO Octane. Heptane, Toluene to any Petroleum Refinery or any petroleum refinery R&D center or any other reputed Government institutions of value not less than 5.86 lakhs in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month in which the tender is invited. The bidder should submit relevant documentary evidence such as copy of the confirmed purchase order.
3. The bidder should not be under Holiday listing period by any Govt. Body / PSU during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder should submit an undertaking to this effect at the time of bidding.
