On 31st October 2010 Shri Ramamurthy, Director on Board of MRPL relinquished his office. His tenure as the IDBI nominee Director on the Board of MRPL, was over and IDBI named Shri B Ravindranath in his place.

On 27th November 2010 Shri Ravindranath attended his first Board Meeting at Delhi and was formally welcomed by Chairman and all members of the Board.
