|Supply of MT Shift Converter Catalyst and LT Shift Converter Catalyst for Hydrogen Generation Unit at Ph#3 as per Technical Specification and Tender.|

Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendumâs, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
|1.The bidder should be the original manufacturer of MT Shift and LT Shift Catalyst. Documentary evidences like Central Excise Registration Certificate (or) Factory License (or) both (or) any other relevant documents, shall be submitted towards proof of having manufacturing unit.|
a)Bidder shall have experience of successfully supplying MT Shift and LT Shift Catalyst to Hydrogen Generation Unit (Capacity of such Hydrogen Generation Unit shall be minimum 42,000 MPTY of Hydrogen generation) in the field of Hydrocarbon Sector like Refineries, Petrochemicals or Fertilizer industries with Naphtha/Natural Gas as feed, during last ten years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited. Quantity of such supply should be minimum 23.88 M3 of offered MT Shift Catalyst against a single purchase order and 37.5 M3 of offered LT Shift Catalyst against a single purchase order.
b)The offered MT Shift and LT Shift Catalyst supplied by the bidder under the above referred orders (point a) should have been in continuous operation for a period of at least two years during the last ten years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.
c)Bidder to offer both the MT Shift and LT Shift Catalyst. Offers from bidder, only for either MT Shift Catalyst or LT Shift Catalyst shall be rejected.
d)The bidder is required to provide the following documentary proof in support of meeting pre-qualification criteria along with technical bid. Such documentary evidence covering above condition are:
i.Copy of Purchase Orders.
ii.Contact details for the reference company along with telephone, name, email id etc.
iii.Bidder has to submit a performance satisfactory acceptance letter, issued by the customer where catalyst is supplied. In case bidder fails to submit a performance satisfactory acceptance letter, MRPL shall request the end user (Customer) via email for such letter. If the end user (Customer) does not submit the satisfactory acceptance letter within five working days upon MRPL’s request, the offer of the bidder will be liable for rejection.
iv.Other relevant documentary evidence for all the above mentioned criteria along with Invoice copy / Despatch Documents / Order completion certificate to prove the scope of supply against the order to the satisfaction of MRPL.
MRPL reserves the right to verify the originals of the documents submitted. Further, MRPL reserves the right to complete the evaluation based on the details furnished without seeking any additional information. Bids without supporting documentation and valid test certificates are liable for technical disqualification.
Note 1: In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation upto 15% on prior experience.
Note 2: If PQC quantity applicable to other than MSE bidders is 100 units, the same shall be 85 units for MSE bidders.
Note 3: START UP: No relaxation in the prior experience, turnover for Start-ups for this tender due to public safety, health, critical safety, operations & equipment’s
The bidder shall not be in the Holiday / Blacklist / of any CPSU / State PSU / Central or Sate Government Undertaking. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.
