Job Description:
Supply of ISOM Methanator Catalyst as per Technical Specification and Tender.

Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendum’s, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
a)The bidder shall have experience of having successfully supplied Methanator Catalyst to any Naphtha Isomerization Unit for removing CO/CO2 from Hydrogen rich gas stream whose scope include:
•Supply of Methanator Catalyst
Quantity of such supply of catalyst should be minimum 4.08 m3 (4,080 Lit) against single purchase order during last ten years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.
b)The catalyst offered by the vendor under the catalyst supply tender should have been used continuously in Naphtha Isomerization plant for H2 rich service of refinery / petrochemicals industry for removing CO/CO2 from Hydrogen rich gas stream for a period of at least two years during last ten years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited. Reference should be provided with name of the company, contact person with phone number and email ID and a certificate from the company on company letter head on satisfactory performance.
c)The bidder shall provide reference documents substantiating the above clauses. The bidder shall give copies of either work order or acknowledged final report or any other document to prove the scope of works against the order to the satisfaction of MRPL. MRPL reserves the right to verify the originals of the documents submitted. (Vendor to provide the data in Table – 1).
d)Relevant documentary proofs such as copy of work orders, details of jobs executed by the bidder etc., in support of all the eligibility criteria mentioned above shall be enclosed with the technical bid as proof pertaining to above, failing which the bid will be summarily rejected.
Note1: In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on prior experience, i.e. order quantity of 3.468 M3 [(4.08 – 15% of 4.08 M3) = 3.468 M3 (3,468 Lit) for Methanator Catalyst is acceptable.
Note2: In case, the purchase order value is not in INR, then currency shall be converted into INR based on the exchange rate prevailing at the time of Contract/Order date as declared by the RBI/FBIL shall be considered.
Note 3: If PQC quantity applicable to other than MSE bidders is 100 units, the same shall be 85 units for MSE bidders.
iii)Other Criteria:

b)Bidder to quote for all items as per price bid and this is to be confirmed in the format provided along with the technical bid.

Note: Bidder is required to provide the following documentary proof in support of meeting Pre-Qualification Criteria along with their technical bid:
1.Not applicable.
2.Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence covering similar supply mentioned above, but not be limited to: i.Copies of Purchase Orders,
ii.Proof of Completion / order completion certificate indicating quantity of supply completed against above order, in support of their fulfilling the qualification criteria.
3.Other relevant documentary evidence for all the above mentioned criteria. (As applicable for the tender).

5.MRPL reserves the right to complete the evaluation based on the details furnished without seeking any additional information.
