Job Description:
Supply of Ambulance with Accessories as per tender specification.

For E-Public Tender, purchase of tender document & submission of offer through https://www.tenderwizard.com/MRPL Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendum’s, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA::
Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC)
1.The bidder should have supplied at least one Advanced Life Support Ambulance and the same should be installed at any government / PSU / Private Institutions during previous five years period ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited. The bidder should submit copy of Purchase order/ User Certificate for supply & Copy of Invoice / Completion certificate / Satisfactory Performance certificate / Receipt of payment proof along with technical bid.
2.The bidder should comply the AIS 125 certification standard for Ambulance and fabrication. Document proof to be attached.
3.The service centre for vehicle should be within 50Km radius of MRPL, Mangaluru, in Karnataka with technical staff availability for vehicle maintenance. Document proof to be attached.
4.The bidder should not be under Holiday listing period by any Govt. Body / PSU during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder should submit an undertaking to this effect at the time of bidding.
Note:
a.In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on prior experience (for sl.no.1 above), i.e, 1 (one) Number.
b.No relaxation in the prior experience, turnover for Startups for this tender due to Public Safety, Health, Critical Safety, Operations & equipment etc.
