|Pre-Qualification Criteria :-|
1. The bidder shall be a manufacturer of tendered item.
2. Past Experience:-
The bidder should have executed one order for Supply of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger to any Hydrocarbon sectors like Refineries / Petrochemicals/ Fertilizer Plants/ Oil & Gas Processing or Power Plants/ Utility Plants of single order value not less than Rs. 41.00 Lakhs in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.
Relaxation for MSE / Startup’s Bidders:
i. MSE: In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on past experience ie; Past Experience Value for MSE bidder is Rs. 34.50 Lakhs
ii. STARTUP’S: No relaxation in prior experience/ prior turnover for Startup bidders for this tender due to public safety, health, critical safety, operations & equipments etc.
a. Copy of Purchase order to be submitted along with any of the following proof of execution as applicable.
• Copy of Invoice
• Lorry Receipt Copy (LR Copy)
• Third Party Inspection Release Note
• Completion Certificate
• Satisfactory Performance certificate
b. All documents furnished by bidder in support or meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be
Duly certified by Statutory Auditors of the bidder or a practicing Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or director or not having any interest in the bidder(s) company/firm) where audited accounts are not mandatory as per law
Duly notarized by any Notary Public in the bidders country.
3. Other Criteria:
a. The Bidder shall not be in the Holiday/ Blacklist/ of any CPSU/ Sate PSU/ Central or State Government Undertaking. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.
b. Bidders who have been issued orders for similar items during the last 5 years and/ or Bidders who have executed similar orders in MRPL shall provide completion certificate / proof of completion.
