1. The bidder should be MSE Manufacturer of Steel Drums.
2. Past Experience:-
The bidder should have supplied Steel Drums to Hydrocarbon sector like Refineries/Petrochemicals/Fertilizers/Oil & Gas Processing plants or Continuous Process Industries / Power Plants for Single order value not less than Rs. 18 Lakhs in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.
Relaxation to MSE / Start-up:
MSE: In line with the Government policy, relaxation of Past Experience upto 15% is already considered for Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs).
Startup: Start-ups are exempted from Prior Experience / Prior Turnover Criteria.
a. Bidder shall submit Copy of Purchase Order along with the following proof of execution as applicable:
• Completion Certificate
• Copy of Invoice
• LR Copy
• TPI release note
Contact details of past clients for the completed job (Name, Designation, and email ID, telephone / fax nos.) shall also be given.
b. All documents furnished by bidder in support or meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be
“duly certified by Statutory Auditors of the bidder or a practicing Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or director or not having any interest in the bidder(s) company/firm) where audited accounts are not mandatory as per law"
"Duly notarized by any Notary Public”.
3. Other Criteria:
The Bidder shall not be in the Holiday/ Blacklist/ of any CPSU/ Sate PSU/ Central or State Government Undertaking. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.
