Job Description:
Annual Rate Contract for Supply of SPWD Gaskets as per tender
Special Instructions:
Other than E-Public Tenders, completed Tenders should be Sealed and sent to : Materials Department, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited(MRPL), Kuthethoor Post, Via Katipalla, Mangalore - 575 030. For E-Public Tender, purchase of tender document & submission of offer through Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendum’s, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
Pre-Qualification Criteria :-

1. The bidder shall be Original Manufacturer or authorized dealer of Manufacturer of Gasket. In case of dealer, valid authorization / dealership certificate from the manufacturer shall be submitted along with bid.

2. Past Experience:-
The bidder should have supplied Spiral Wound Gasket to any Hydrocarbon Sectors like Refinery/ Fertilizer/ Petrochemical/ Oil & gas Processing Plants or Continuous Process Industry / Power Plants / Utility Plants of value not less than Rs. 52 Lakhs within a period of 12 months against a Single Purchase Order or Multiple Purchase Orders in any of the past 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

Relaxation for MSE / Startup’s Bidders:
i) MSE: In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on past experience, i.e., for MSE bidders the past experience as mentioned above shall be Rs. 44 lakhs.

ii) Start-up: Startup’s are exempted from prior Experience / Prior Turnover criteria.

a. Bidder shall submit Copy of Purchase Order along with the following proof of execution
• Copy of Invoice
• Completion Certificate

b. All documents furnished by bidder in support or meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be
“duly certified by Statutory Auditors of the bidder or a practicing Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or director or not having any interest in the bidder(s) company/firm) where audited accounts are not mandatory as per law"
"Duly notarized by any Notary Public”.

3. Other Criteria:
The Bidder shall not be in the Holiday/ Blacklist/ of any CPSU/ Sate PSU/ Central or State Government Undertaking. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.
