1. The bidder should be MSE Manufacturer of Studs with nuts.
2. The bidder must have experience of supplying Studs with Nuts costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 27 lakhs directly to at least one Industry like Refinery/ Petrochemicals/Fertilizers/ Oil & Gas processing plants/ Power Plants/ Heavy Industries/ Chemical Plants in the previous five years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited.
Relaxation to MSE / Start-up:
MSE In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on past experience, i.e. past experience value for MSE bidder is Rs. 22.5 lakhs.
STARTUP’S No relaxation in prior experience/prior turnover for Startup bidders for this tender.
a) Bidder shall submit Copy of Purchase Order along with the following proof of completion as applicable. • Delivery Challan • Copy of Invoice • Completion Certificate • Lorry Receipt (LR Copy) • Third party inspection release notes Contact details of past clients for the completed job (Name, Designation, and email ID, telephone / fax nos.) shall also be given.
b) All documents furnished by bidder in support or meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be EITHER “duly certified by Statutory Auditors of the bidder or a practicing Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or director or not having any interest in the bidder(s) company/firm) where audited accounts are not mandatory as per law" OR "Duly notarized by any Notary Public”.
3. The Bidder shall not be in the Holiday/ Blacklist/ of any CPSU/ Sate PSU/ Central or State Government Undertaking. Bidder shall submit self-certified declaration for the same.
