For E-Public Tender, purchase of tender document & submission of offer through https://mrpl.eproc.in Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendums, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA::
1. Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC):
a.The bidder shall have experience in supply & installation of desktops and should have executed one order, in the previous 5 years period (ending last day of the month previous to the month on which the tender was invited) of value not less than Rs. 34.00 lakhs. Bidders to submit copy of Purchase order / completion certificate to substantiate his eligibility in this regard along with technical bid.
b.The bidder shall have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 57.00 lakhs/- in any one of the last three financial years (i.e. FY 2013-14, 2014-15 & 2015-16). The bidder should submit copies of audited balance sheet, profit & loss account and copy of income tax returns of aforesaid three financial years along with technical bid.
c.The Bidder should not have been debarred / blacklisted by any Govt. / Public sector undertaking. To this effect, the bidder must submit an undertaking in his letter head.
d.The bidder shall be Original Manufacturer or the bidder shall be authorized dealer / principals of original manufacturer. Document evidence shall be submitted.
The bidder has to provide relevant documentary evidence for all the above mentioned criteria
