Job Description:
Supply, Installation and Annual Software support of On Premise File Sync & Sharing Appliance as per tender specification attached.
Special Instructions:
Other than E-Public Tenders, completed Tenders should be Sealed and sent to : Materials Department, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited(MRPL), Kuthethoor Post, Via Katipalla, Mangalore - 575 030. For E-Public Tender, purchase of tender document & submission of offer through Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendums, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
a.The bidder shall have experience in supply & Installation of on premise file share and sync system and should have executed one order, in the previous 5 years period (ending last day of the month previous to the month on which the tender was invited) of value not less than Rs. 8.00 Lakhs. Bidder to submit copy of Purchase Order / completion certificate to substantiate his eligibility in this regard along with technical bid.
b.The bidder shall have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 12.00 lakhs in any one of the last three financial years (i.e. FY 2013-14, 2014-15 & 2015-16). The bidder should submit copies of audited balance sheet, Profit & Loss account and copy of income tax returns of aforesaid three financial years along with technical bid.
c.The bidder should not have been debarred / blacklisted by any Govt. / Public sector undertaking in his letter head.
d.The bidder has to provide relevant documentary evidence for all the above mentioned criteria.
