Job Description:
Supply & Installation of Fire Alarm System in MRPL Phase-1, 2, Jetty and Sarapady as per tender Specification.

For E-Public Tender, purchase of tender document & submission of offer through https://www.tenderwizard.com/MRPL Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendum’s, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA::
Pre Qualification Criteria (PQC)
1)The Bidder should be a manufacturer of Fire Alarm Systems or subsidiary of manufacturer. Document evidence shall be submitted.
2)The bidder should have manufactured, supplied and installed the offered systems and the same should be in service for at least minimum 5 years period ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited. Proof of the same to be enclosed.
3)The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned Fire Alarm Systems to industries like Refinery / Petrochemicals / Oil and Gas processing plants / Fertilizer / Nuclear Plants / Air ports / Power Plants for a single order value not less than Rs. 282.00 Lakhs during previous 7 years period ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited. The bidder should submit proof of the same along with Work completion Certificate along with technical bid.
4)The Fire Alarm System should be maintainable for at least next 10 years from the date of commissioning of the entire system and any up-gradation both in terms of hardware or software shall be done by the successful bidder during this period. The latest software needs to be upgraded from time to time as per MRPL’s requirement free of cost. The bidder should submit a declaration / undertaking along with technical bid itself.
5)In order to understand the site conditions (being a brown field project / Revamp of existing system), Site visit is required for all the participating bidders and bidder should submit site visit MOM with MRPL EIC.
6)The bidder should not be under Holiday listing / Blacklisting period by any Govt. Body / PSU during the period in which tender is invited. An undertaking to this effect to be submitted by the participating Bidder & OEM along with the tender documents.
Note:
a.In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on prior experience (for sl.no.3 above).
b.No relaxation in the prior experience, turnover for Startups for this tender due to Public Safety, Health, Critical Safety, Operations & equipment etc.
c.All documents furnished by bidder in support of meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be either, “Duly certified by Statutory Auditors of the Bidder or a practicing Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or a director or not having any interest in the bidder(s) company/firm) where audited accounts are not mandatory as per law" or “Duly notarized by any Notary Public in the bidders country.
