Job Description:
Procurement of Canteen Equipments
Criteria:
योग्यतापूर्व मानदंड / PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria):
- The Bidder should be a Manufacturer or an authorized Agent (authorized dealer/channel partner of the Manufacturer) of the Kitchen Equipment’s. If the bidder is not a manufacturer, he should submit valid authorization certificate duly issued by the Manufacturer. A Documentary evidence should be submitted along with technical bid.
- The bidder should have executed at least one completed order for the Supply of Kitchen Equipment’s, not less than the 10 number in quantity of the item to any Industry/Establishment in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is floated. The bidder should submit Purchase order & Invoice copy along with technical bid.
- The bidder should not be under Holiday listing period by any Govt. Body / PSU during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder should submit an undertaking to this effect at the time of bidding.
Note:
- In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on prior experience (for sl.no.2 above). (i.e 8 no. of quantity).
- Relaxation in Prior Experience for Start-ups is applicable for this tender.
