|Supply of Chloride Guard Catalyst and Zinc Oxide Catalyst for HGU#3 as per Technical Specification and Tender.|

Bidders are requested to note that all future Corrigendumâs, Changes, Extensions of bid submission date, etc with regard to this tender, if any, will be published only at MRPL website and not through press advertisement.
|1.Bidder should be original manufacturer of Chloride Guard and Zinc Oxide Catalyst for Hydrogen Generation Units.|
2.पूर्व अनुभव / Past Experience:-
a)The Bidder shall have experience of having successfully supplied Zinc Oxide Catalyst and Chloride Guard Catalyst to Hydrogen Generation Units of Refineries / Petrochemicals / Fertilizer Industries with Naphtha / Natural Gas as feed whose scope include:
•Supply of Zinc Oxide and Chloride Guard Catalyst The quantity of such supply of catalyst should be 10.50M3 of Chloride Guard against single purchase order and 42.12M3 of Zinc Oxide Catalyst against single purchase order during the last ten years’ period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited. The same bidder to offer both the Zinc Oxide Catalyst and Chloride Guard Catalyst. Offers from bidders only with either Zinc Oxide Catalyst or Chloride Guard Catalyst shall be rejected.
b)The catalyst offered by the vendor under the catalyst supply tender should have been used continuously in any hydrogen generation unit of refinery / petrochemicals / fertilizer industry using Naphtha/ Natural gas as feed for a period of at least one year during the last 10 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which the tender is invited. Reference should be provided with the name of the company, contact person with phone number and email id and certificate from the company on the company letter head on satisfactory performance.
c)The bidder shall provide reference documents substantiating the above clauses. The bidder shall give copies of either work/supply order or acknowledged final report or any other document to prove the scope of work against the order to the satisfaction of MRPL. MRPL reserve the right to verify the originals of the documents submitted (Bidder to provide the data in Table1 for Zinc Oxide catalyst and Table2 for Chloride Guard Catalyst).
d)Relevant documentary proofs such as copy of Work / Supply Order, Details of jobs executed by the bidder etc., in support of all the eligibility criteria mentioned above shall be enclosed with the technical bid as proof pertaining to above, failing which the bid will be summarily rejected.
Note: In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on prior experience, i.e. order quantity of 8.92 M3 Kg [10.50 M3 – (15% of 10.50 M3) = 8.92 M3] for Chloride Guard Catalyst and 35.80 M3 [42.12 M3 – (15% of 42.12 M3) = 35.80 M3] (for sl.no. 2a above) is acceptable.
3.अन्य मानदंड / Other Criteria:
a)The bidder should not be under Holiday List / Blacklist for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state/central government department or undertaking, within India. A declaration to this effect should be submitted by the bidder along with technical bid.
